This 2002 Cigarette 38 Top Gun is a high-performance offshore boat built on a proven design. The narrow 8-foot beam and long hull deliver speed and agility across open water, while the manageable length makes for practical trailering. Twin Mercury Racing engines produce 1,400 combined horsepower and were professionally rebuilt by Saris Performance in 2024 with Whipple superchargers added. The motors have only 20 hours of run time since the rebuild. The integrated transom system with hydraulic steering rams enhances control and stability at speed.
The helm station provides commanding visibility and ergonomic control placement, with redundant gauges for monitoring engine performance. The adjacent companion seat offers support for the captain. Aft of the console is a forward-facing double seat for passengers.
Below deck, the cabin includes a seating area with a dining table and sink, a single head compartment, and a full tapered berth forward with ample lighting throughout. A custom 2013 Phoenix triple-axle trailer is included with the boat, fitted with new wheel bearings, brakes, winch, and dual jack stands.
