2006 Donzi 38 ZR

A 2006 Donzi 38 ZR high-performance center console with twin 525 Mercury engines producing 1,050 total horsepower. The boat runs at cruising speed around 48 knots with a top speed of 80 knots. Twin Bravo 1 XR Sport Master drives sit on ITS standoff boxes, paired with 32-inch Herring 5-blade props and 380 K-plane trim tabs. The fiberglass hull measures 39 feet in length with an 8-foot beam.

The engines underwent top-end service in March 2026, with compression and leak-down testing performed during the rebuild. Many internal components and wearables were replaced, and the engine compartment is dry with no oil or fluid leaks. Only 1.5 hours have been run since completion. The boat carries 300 total verified hours of operation and has been stored indoors throughout its ownership.

The helm features original Livorsi Monster gauges and a Captains Call exhaust system. The sound system is comprehensive, with multiple independent controls throughout the cabin and cockpit. Power bolster front seats and new cabin upholstery are installed. A 3,500-watt JL Audio system drives eight 8-inch speakers in the cockpit, two additional 8-inch speakers in the cabin, four 10-inch JL subwoofers, and one 10-inch Kicker subwoofer, all with RGB LED lighting. Blue LED strip lights run through the cabin and cockpit, with underwater LEDs integrated into the transom. Additional features include an original Lowrance GPD, shore power hookup with charger, pump-out porta potty, two sinks, refrigerator, and an extended aluminum swim platform with ladder. A matching Myco trailer is included.
