This 2003 Bluewater Custom Cruiser 52 is a twin-engine motor yacht designed with a commercial interior layout ideal for entertaining and hosting groups. Built in the Millennium Edition line, she draws just 23 inches of water thanks to her tunnel drive hull, a signature feature of Bluewater's shallow-draft design. Power comes from twin MerCruiser 496 V-8 engines rated at 425 hp each, with a Westerbeke 12.5 kw generator on board.
The main deck features two enclosed heads with Raritan electric flush toilets, a spacious seating area with bench seating and tables, and a full wet bar equipped with an ice well, speed rails, and three commercial refrigerators. A serving area forward supports food and beverage service. The upper deck provides open seating with a helm station, sheltered by a bimini top and side curtains. Throughout the yacht, fire safety is addressed with automatic fire extinguisher systems in both engine and generator compartments, plus three portable units, and approximately 45 adult and 10 child personal flotation devices are on board.
Deck equipment includes a Maxwell windlass with anchor and all-chain rode operated from both deck and helm controls. Electronics comprise a Jensen stereo with custom public address system and iPad playback, an Uniden VHF radio, and a Datamarine depth sounder. The yacht is USCG documented. Note that the CruiseAire heating and air conditioning system is currently inoperative due to a circulating pump failure. Included with the boat are shore power cable, jack stands, blocking, fenders, winter cover framework, lines, tables, chairs, catering equipment, and spare parts as visible in photographs.
