This 2003 fire-fighting tug was built by Keppel Singmarine in Singapore and is classed with DNV GL and FiFi 1A notation. The yacht measures 197 feet in length with a 52.5-foot beam and has a maximum bollard pull of 69 tons. It is powered by two Deutz main engines producing a combined 5,429 horsepower, with bow and stern thrusters for precise maneuvering. Maximum speed reaches 14 knots, with an economic cruising speed of 12 knots.
The boat is outfitted with extensive towing and anchor-handling equipment, including a double-drum anchor winch with 150-ton line pull, full towing gear rated to 200 tons, and two deck cranes. Deck capacity is 500 tons across 360 square meters of clear working space. Tank capacity includes 630 cubic meters of fuel oil, 280 cubic meters of fresh water, 762 cubic meters each of drill water and ballast water, and 150 cubic meters of dry bulk storage.
Fire-fighting capability is provided by two foam and water monitors delivering 1,200 cubic meters total capacity, supported by dual 100 cubic meter-per-hour pumps at 150-meter height. The boat accommodates 42 personnel with a mix of single, double, and four-berth cabins. Safety equipment includes four 20-man life rafts and one 6-man rescue boat with davit, all SOLAS compliant.
