This 2003 Fountaine Pajot Belize 43 is a fiberglass catamaran designed for cruising the Mediterranean and beyond. At 42.65 feet long with a 22.97-foot beam, she combines the stability and space of multihull design with solid performance. Two Yanmar diesel engines of 58 hp each deliver a cruising speed of 7 knots and a maximum speed of 8 knots, with 1,850 hours logged. A sloop-rigged aluminum mast carries a fully battened mainsail with three semi-automatic reefs and a furling genoa, supported by lazy jacks and a lazy bag system.
The interior accommodates eight people across four cabins—two generous double cabins in each hull—served by two heads with integrated showers. The saloon features panoramic wrap-around windows and opens to a spacious cockpit protected by a custom rigid hardtop, creating a bright, connected living space. The starboard galley is U-shaped with a three-burner gas stove, separate oven, double stainless sinks, and both refrigeration and freezer capacity. Fresh water and sea water systems are pressurized throughout, with hot and cold mixer faucets in the galley.
Deck equipment includes an anchor windlass with calibrated chain, swimming platforms with boarding ladder and cockpit shower, and a tender. Navigation is managed by Raymarine systems: an E80 multifunction display at the helm, an RC320 at the interior nav station, autopilot, wind and tridata instruments, and a VHF radio with DSC. A Fischer Panda generator supports an integrated solar array managed by Victron Energy charge controllers, while air conditioning serves all areas. A pressurized watermaker provides self-sufficient cruising capability.
