The 2003 Hunter 356 is a fiberglass cruising sailboat known for efficient interior volume and approachable design. At 35 feet in length with a 12-foot beam, the boat is powered by a single 30-horsepower Yammer diesel engine. The hull accommodates two cabins and one head, making it suitable for extended cruising.
Recent maintenance includes a bottom job completed in June 2024 and engine service in October 2024. Standing rigging was replaced in 2019. The boat carries two Delta anchors, one #35 and one #22, with 150 feet of chain. A Highfield 9.5-foot dinghy with a 15-horsepower Yamaha outboard is included.
Equipment aboard covers navigation, power systems, and cruising essentials. A Raymarine C70 chartplotter is mounted on the navigation table, with additional GPS capability via Bad Elf for iPad. Spare engine components are on hand for the Yammer and Northern Lights systems. The galley is equipped with multiple pumps and valves, while spare fuel and water containers, cable runs, and an extra LP tank support extended time away from shore. Safety gear includes four life jackets, two safety harnesses, jack lines, and a riding sail.
Additional items aboard include a 26-inch television, Weems & Plath tide clock and barometer, cushions, brass lighting fixtures, custom wooden hatch doors, two cockpit chairs, a Bimini-to-dodger canvas cover, and docking lines in multiple lengths.
