The Stanley 38 is a 38-foot Downeast cruiser built by John Williams on Mount Desert Island, designed by Lyford Stanley. This fiberglass hull combines traditional Down East lines with solid construction, featuring a solid fiberglass hull accented with teak trim. A 2025 Yammer 400 hp common rail diesel engine powers the boat, which cruises at 14 knots and reaches a maximum speed of 18 knots. A bow thruster, large propeller, and balanced rudder make handling responsive, whether at the dock or underway.

The layout suits family cruising and entertaining. Accommodation includes a single cabin with a queen berth, two single quarter berths, and a pilothouse settee that sleeps five total.
