The 2003 Regal Commodore 3260 is a 34-foot fiberglass cruiser powered by twin MerCruiser 350 engines totaling 600 horsepower. The boat reaches a maximum speed of 35 knots and cruises comfortably at 22 knots. Trim tabs aid in handling across varying water conditions. The innovative aft-cockpit layout prioritizes flexibility: a hi-lo table converts into a large sunpad, and the entire aft seating group can be removed quickly for fishing or water sports.
