2003 Sea Ray 420 Sundancer

The 2003 Sea Ray 420 Sundancer is a 45-foot express cruiser powered by twin Cummins 6CTA 8.3 diesel engines producing 900 horsepower. She reaches speeds of 32 knots and cruises comfortably at 23 knots. The fiberglass hull measures 14 feet at the beam and accommodates a full cruising lifestyle with a spacious cockpit, stateroom, and salon.

The boat has received extensive recent maintenance and upgrades. New canvas was installed on the cockpit in 2024, along with 60-ounce carpet below deck, new water impeller pump, and three new smart HD televisions. The bottom was repainted in 2024. Electronics include a 2023 Garmin GPS Map 8612 touchscreen display. A manual davit winch and new fresh water pump are aboard. For 2025 and 2026, all zincs and Peller kits were renewed, the port-side transmission was replaced, and both propellers were reconditioned. The starboard transmission received a new gear cooler.

Equipment includes a Ribtec 310 fiberglass tender with a 15-horsepower outboard motor. Additional features are a heavy-duty foot windlass with new anchor and chain and an upgraded sound system. The boat receives annual full service oil and filter changes and is detailed and shrink-wrapped before winter storage each year.
