2004 Regal Commodore 4260

This 2004 Regal Commodore 4260 is a 44-foot express cruiser built on a fiberglass hull. Twin Volvo diesel engines power the boat, which cruises comfortably at 25 knots and handles varied sea conditions with stability typical of larger, well-designed yachts. The hull features a distinctive two-tone custom paint scheme.

On deck, a large U-shaped seating area faces the helm, which is wide enough for two operators. The aft cockpit has facing bench seats with engine access via a walk-down ladder beneath one bench. Transom storage and cargo nets provide stowage for fenders, lines, and supplies. Below deck, the forward stateroom contains an oversized berth with an innerspring mattress hinged over substantial storage, two full-size drawers, and a cedar-lined hanging locker. Both staterooms include private heads and hardwood pocket doors. The main salon features a nine-foot LeatherCrest sofa facing a Kenwood stereo with Bose speakers. A TV and VCR are mounted above for viewing from the salon.

The galley showcases curved Corian countertops, roll-out drawers and bins, a side-by-side refrigerator and freezer, microwave, coffee maker, and a two-burner stove. Dedicated dish storage is integrated throughout. A second TV and VCR are located in the forward cabin. Two heads serve the accommodations.

Significant recent maintenance and upgrades include new heat exchanger cores and housings for both main engines, new turbochargers and alternators in 2024, new water pumps and all raw water hoses in 2025, new batteries and a rebuilt GPS chartplotter with radar, new Isenglass, fresh soft goods and canvas, a new hot water heater, and air conditioning service and descaling. A new Fusion radio system with cockpit speakers, amplifier, and subwoofer was installed in 2024, along with a new galley fridge, freezer, and ice maker. The yacht has been fully serviced with under 1,500 hours recorded.
