2004 Antares PDQ 44

The 2004 Antares PDQ 44 is a 44-foot fiberglass catamaran with a 21.75-foot beam, powered by twin Yanmar diesel engines rated at 58 horsepower each. The boat reaches a maximum speed of 12 knots and is built for extended cruising with three cabins and two heads.

Recent upgrades include new Yanmar engines with approximately 900 hours of operation, a new Raymarine chartplotter, and new autopilot clutch. The rigging and sailing systems have received attention as well, with new bowsprit whisker stays, upgraded running rigging, and a new mainsail mack pack. Equipment additions include a 12-volt hookah dive system with dual hoses, new stainless steel exhaust elbows, and a new freshwater pump.

This catamaran has been maintained and configured for long-distance voyaging with the systems and gear necessary for extended ocean passage.
