2004 Beneteau First 36.7

The First 36.7 is a 35-foot performance cruiser built to excel in both competitive racing and extended family cruising. Its fiberglass hull, aluminum mast and boom, and single 29 hp Yanmar diesel engine deliver a cruising speed of 6 knots with a maximum speed of 8 knots. The boat is equipped with a comprehensive suite of navigation instruments including GPS, plotter, autopilot, wind station, depth sounder, VHF, and compass, along with a full electrical system and battery charger supporting 12V and 220V power.

The interior combines functional design with refined finishes across three cabins and one head. Forward lies an owner's double cabin with a convertible V-berth, side lockers, and under-bed storage. The central saloon features two opposing sofas with a foldable table—practical for racing—that can convert to additional berths. The galley is well-equipped with a double stainless-steel sink, refrigerator, stove with oven, and extensive storage. A dedicated chart table supports navigation and onboard electronics. Two independent double cabins aft provide spacious berths with side lockers. The single head includes a marine toilet, washbasin, and integrated shower.

The boat carries an extensive equipment list: aluminum mast and boom, teak cockpit, mahogany interiors, sun awning, sprayhood, lazy bag, windlass with anchor and chain, hot and cold cockpit shower, boiler for hot water, swimming ladder, cockpit table, tender with electric outboard, and folding fiberglass gangway. A full inventory of onboard manuals, lines, fenders, and safety equipment is included.

Maintenance records document standing rigging replaced in 2019, rudder bushing and rudder overhaul in 2017, saildrive serviced in 2025, hull overhaul in 2021, and keel reinforcement work with attached survey report. The mainsail is from 2025, with genoa and spinnaker from 2018.
