2004 Carver 396 Aft Cabin Motor Yacht

This 2004 Carver 396 is a 40-foot fiberglass motor yacht powered by twin Volvo Penta 370 hp diesel engines, delivering a cruising speed of approximately 12 knots with a top speed near 20 knots. The modified-V hull design provides stability and smooth performance in coastal waters. The boat features a raised walk-deck design that maximizes interior volume while maintaining a low profile, complemented by a wide integral swim platform with telescoping ladder and transom storage.

The spacious aft deck—roughly 73 square feet—sits beneath a hardtop with wing doors and molded weather cloths, creating a sheltered entertaining area with seating and access to the command bridge via a fiberglass stairway.
