2004 Catalina 36 MkII

The 2004 Catalina 36 MkII is a well-maintained standard-draft cruising sailboat powered by a Universal M35B diesel engine with approximately 2,040 hours. She is fitted with a Martec Autostream feathering propeller to reduce drag under sail and improve performance.

The boat accommodates cruising with one head and a complete sail inventory that includes an Ullman mainsail and headsails. Navigation and onboard systems comprise a Raymarine ST6001 autopilot, Raymarine radar, ST60 wind/speed/depth instruments, Standard Horizon VHF radio with cockpit microphone, and Adler Barbour refrigeration.

Recent maintenance includes standing rigging replacement by Pacific Rigging in 2016 and a haul-out at KKMI in January 2024. New house batteries and a new chartplotter are being installed. The boat has received conscientious ownership and presents in clean condition.
