2004 Catana 471 Ocean Series

The 2004 Catana 471 is a performance cruising catamaran designed for both speed and extended voyaging. This 47-foot hull spans 25 feet across the beam and is powered by twin 110 hp Volvo Penta diesel engines, delivering a cruising speed of 7 knots and a maximum speed of 12 knots. The fiberglass construction and retractable daggerboards allow the boat to point higher into the wind than most catamarans and reduce draft for shallow anchorages.

The layout includes four cabins and two heads, accommodating families or groups comfortably. The open-plan saloon and expansive cockpit provide generous living space, with ample storage for extended cruising and water toys or dive equipment.

The boat is well-equipped for off-grid cruising, featuring air conditioning, a generator, watermaker, solar panels, and lithium batteries. Refrigeration and storage capacity support extended time away from marinas. A Highfield tender with a 15 hp outboard is included for shore access.
