2004 Cheoy Lee 81 Sport Yacht

This 81-foot Cheoy Lee sport yacht is built on a composite hull and designed for extended cruising and entertaining. Twin Caterpillar 3412E engines deliver 1,400 horsepower each, achieving a cruising speed of 17 knots and a maximum speed of 21 knots. The hull features fin stabilizers and is engineered for a smooth, confident ride. The yacht spans 21 feet across the beam, providing a spacious platform for both onboard comfort and water-based activities.

The interior accommodates four guest staterooms and a separate crew quarters with upper and lower berths. Six heads serve the accommodations throughout the yacht, and headroom reaches 6 feet 8 inches in all areas. Multiple indoor and outdoor entertainment spaces take advantage of the generous beam and open design.

The yacht underwent significant modernization and maintenance work. Between 2022 and 2023, the exterior received fresh paint on the walkaround decks and transom, and the hull below the rub rail was repainted in 2018. A bottom job was completed in 2023. Interior updates include new Whisper walls and ceilings, replaced wallpaper in the master stateroom and heads, and a new galley floor. All lighting has been converted to LED, and Starlink was installed in 2022. Since July 2024, over $80,000 in additional improvements have been made.

The yacht comes equipped with a 14-foot Walker Bay Venture tender powered by a 70-horsepower engine (2022), assorted inflatable water toys, and an extensive spare parts inventory.
