This 39-meter sailing yacht was designed by Philippe Briand and built by R.B. Dereli Yachts in composite construction. She combines performance sailing capability with superyacht comfort, reaching 12 knots under sail and up to 15 knots under power. The aluminum mast stands 50 meters tall with fully renewed rigging, full batten mainsail, genoa, and staysail fitted with hydraulic furling systems and joystick controls.
Accommodation comprises seven cabins with six heads, including a full-beam master suite, VIP double cabin, and additional guest cabins. A single Caterpillar diesel engine of 543 horsepower drives the yacht, supported by twin Northern Lights generators and a hydraulic bow thruster. The composite hull features a 6-layer AWLcraft coating applied in 2018, with a beam of 13.25 feet and draft of 4.01 meters.
The yacht carries substantial fuel and water capacity—10,000 liters of diesel and 5,000 liters of freshwater—supporting long-range cruising. Twin water makers produce 400 liters per hour. A comprehensive suite of onboard systems includes advanced air conditioning, satellite television, B&G navigation equipment, and PLC automation with touchscreen controls. The yacht is equipped with multiple tenders: a Castoldi jet tender with 125 horsepower, a Zodiac with outboard motor, and a Williams 505 jet tender with renewed engine, plus a Seabob underwater scooter and diving equipment.
The yacht underwent major refits in 2010 and 2018 with continuous maintenance throughout. The engine was overhauled, as were the generators. Rigging was inspected and confirmed in excellent condition as of June 2025.
