The Feeling 44 DI is a 2004 fiberglass sailing yacht, 45 feet in length with a 14-foot beam. Powered by a Volvo Penta diesel engine of 78 horsepower, it has logged fewer than 1,000 hours and was last serviced in May 2025. The boat accommodates up to 8 guests across three cabins and features two heads with showers.
Recent updates include new sails fitted in 2024, a complete Raymarine electronics overhaul in 2024 with an Axiom+ 12-inch multifunction screen, GPS, radar, autopilot, and VHF. A custom stainless steel arch supports 570 watts of solar panels, and all battery banks were replaced. The hydraulic lifting keel system was refitted in 2025, as was the rudder and rigging. A MaxProp propeller, electric windlass, dual wheels with lazy jacks, and Harken self-tailing winches support sail handling.
The boat carries a gas cooker with oven, large-capacity refrigerator, hot water system, and full 12-volt and 220-volt electrical circuits with shore power connection. Navigation equipment includes AIS Class B, EPIRB, and a portable VHF. An 8-person life raft, inflatable tender, and 40 meters of chain with plow anchor complete the safety and anchoring gear.
Hull paint dates to 2023. The teak deck will require restoration. The boat is equipped and ready for the 2026 season.
