2004 Mainship 400 Trawler

The 2004 Mainship 400 is a 36-foot fiberglass trawler built for comfortable cruising and extended time aboard. Powered by a single 370-horsepower Yanmar diesel engine, she offers a sturdy, fuel-efficient platform for longer passages. The deck layout prioritizes safety and functionality, with wide molded steps leading to the covered aft deck, lighted and recessed walkways with overhead protection along the sides, and secure footing throughout. A stainless steel Sampson post and dual roller pulpit support ground tackle operations, complemented by an optional windlass. Rails, hatches, and portlights are all 316L stainless steel.

Below deck, the interior showcases cherry wood cabinetry, with solid cherry construction throughout and an optional cherry and holly sole. The spacious salon features an Ultra leather sofa, entertainment center with Bose audio, and a flat screen TV. The galley on the starboard side is well-appointed with a full-size dual voltage refrigerator and freezer, microwave, three-burner range with oven, and coffee maker, along with dedicated storage for dishes and an under-counter trash receptacle. A port-side dinette seats four with a bench and two chairs.

The sleeping arrangements include a master stateroom forward with a centerline queen berth and ample storage, and a second cabin with two single berths and optional desk configuration. The head features a separate shower stall and is accessible from both the master stateroom and the companionway. The bridge offers generous seating and relaxation space, with an optional galley module aft of the centerline helm that includes a grill, sink, and icemaker.
