This 2004 MTI 44 Pleasure Cat is a high-performance catamaran built on a composite hull and powered by twin Mercury Racing 1075 SCi engines equipped with BPM surface drives. The engines have undergone recent rebuilds and feature new CMI big tube headers, Mercury five-blade CNC propellers, and BAM transmissions. The boat reaches speeds over 130 mph and cruises at 90 mph.
The layout centers on a large open cockpit with seating for ten passengers, making it well-suited for day running and entertaining. Below deck is a full cabin with a twin bed positioned over the tunnel, port-side lounge seating, and an enclosed head in the starboard sponson.
Navigation and engine management are handled by dual Garmin GPS plotters, Mercury VesselView engine displays, and Livorsi gauges and throttles. Additional equipment includes billet sea strainers, a 110-volt and 12-volt battery charger, and a triple-axle trailer for transport.
