This 2004 Pacific Seacraft 40 is a fully equipped cruising sailboat with a solid steel hull and modern systems throughout. Powered by a Yanmar 4JH4E diesel engine producing 56 horsepower with 3,823 hours, the boat reaches a cruising speed of 6.5 knots and carries 85 gallons of fuel across two tanks. The hull displaces 24,000 pounds with 8,800 pounds of ballast, drawing 5'2" and measuring 12'6" across the beam.

The interior includes a full forward cabin with V berth and vanity, a main saloon with chart table and entertainment system, and an aft cabin with private head and separate shower. The galley features a gimbaled Force 10 stove with oven and broiler, a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and Corian countertops. The electrical system runs on four Lifeline AGM batteries with a Freedom 25 charger, a Nextgen 5.5kW generator with 957 hours, and dual-zone reverse cycle air conditioning. Electronics are comprehensive: Raymarine Axiom displays with Quantum radar, Icom SSB and VHF radios with AIS, KVH Fleet One system, and full autopilot. An Achilles tender with Tohatsu outboard and a Switlik six-person life raft are included.
