2004 Regal Commodore 3860

The 2004 Regal Commodore 3860 is a 40-foot fiberglass cruiser built on a modified-V hull with solid fiberglass construction. Two Mercruiser gasoline engines deliver 840 horsepower combined. The boat is laid out with two staterooms and two heads, including a second head compartment in the aft stateroom—a feature uncommon at this size. Both staterooms feature sliding privacy doors, and the galley showcases hardwood flooring with high-gloss cherry joinery throughout the salon.

The cockpit is designed for entertaining, with a semicircular settee providing ample guest seating and a wet bar standard. A walk-through windshield grants access to the foredeck, where a sun pad is positioned forward. The engine compartment can be accessed via a hydraulically operated transom platform that lifts from the swim platform, allowing walk-in service capability from the deck.
