The San Juan Sunrise is a 75-foot-by-16-foot aluminum houseboat built to accommodate groups and families in substantial comfort. Twin 260-horsepower fuel-injected MerCruiser V8 engines power the boat, supported by a 15-kilowatt Westerbeke generator and a 3000-watt inverter system. The fuel capacity totals 534 gallons across main and auxiliary tanks, with a 200-gallon freshwater system and 300-gallon holding tank.
The interior layout includes a master suite with king bed and full bath, three queen staterooms, and a queen sofa sleeper in the front salon, providing sleeping capacity for up to twenty adults. The galley is equipped with a full-size range and oven, microwave, dishwasher, trash compactor, two 18-cubic-foot refrigerator-freezers with ice makers, and a full-size chest freezer on the front deck. Additional amenities include washer and dryer, central heating and air conditioning, custom maple cabinetry, tile flooring in the galley and baths, full carpeting throughout cabins and decks, and fabric ceilings with dropped soffits.
Entertainment systems feature a 32-inch television with VCR and DVD in the main salon, 20-inch television-VCR combinations in the master and front upper suite, and a deluxe 8-speaker 10-CD stereo. The boat includes ship-to-shore marine radio and a walk-through flybridge with full upper helm controls.
Outdoor living is extensive, with an upper deck stationary canopy, wet bar with sink and ice box on the upper deck, rear deck slippery slide, front deck grill with tank, and a 30-foot canopy with rope lighting. An extended swim platform, swim ladder, boarding ramps, and a jet ski davit with heavy-duty hoist complete the deck features. Marine safety equipment, anchoring gear, and docking and mooring equipment are included.
