The San Juan Sunrise is a 75-foot by 16-foot aluminum houseboat built in 2004, powered by twin 260-horsepower fuel-injected MerCruiser V8 engines and supported by a 15-kilowatt Westerbeke generator. Recent major upgrades include new electrical wiring throughout the entire boat and a new inverter with solar charging system and lithium iron phosphate batteries, both completed in 2025. The upper deck was fully refurbished in 2024.
The accommodations include a master suite with king bed and full bath, three private suites with queen beds, a queen sofa-sleeper in the front salon, and additional sleeping space on the upper deck with newly installed sleeping pads. Two heads serve the boat. The galley is fully equipped with a full-size range and oven, dishwasher, two large refrigerator-freezers with ice makers, a separate chest freezer on the front deck, microwave, and complete serving provisions. The interior features custom maple cabinetry, fabric ceiling with dropped soffits, full carpeting, tile flooring in the galley and baths, and central air conditioning and heating, along with washer and dryer.
Outdoor and recreational features include a 30-foot upper canopy with rope lighting, a stationary canopy on the upper deck, wet bar with ice box, rear deck slide with water pump, front deck barbecue grill, jet ski davit with heavy-duty hoist, full extended swim platform, and swim ladder. The fly-bridge offers a complete walk-through design with control station. Entertainment systems include a 32-inch television in the main salon and 20-inch televisions in the master suite and front upper suite, along with an 8-speaker stereo system.
Fuel capacity totals 534 gallons across the main and auxiliary tanks. Fresh water capacity is 200 gallons, and the holding tank capacity is 300 gallons. Navigation and helm equipment includes a complete instrument panel, electronic controls, and marine radio.
