The San Juan Sunrise is a 75-foot by 16-foot aluminum houseboat built in 2004 with twin 260 HP fuel-injected MerCruiser V8 engines. The boat sleeps up to 20 adults across a master suite with king bed and full bath, three private queen cabins, and additional salon seating. Two full bathrooms serve the accommodations, supported by a 300-gallon holding tank and 200-gallon fresh water capacity.
The interior combines functional design with quality finishes: custom maple cabinetry, fabric ceiling with dropped soffits, full carpeting throughout cabins and decks, central heating and air conditioning, and tile flooring in the galley and bathrooms. The galley is fully equipped for extended cruising, with a full-size range and oven, two 18-cubic-foot refrigerator-freezer units with ice makers, dishwasher, washer and dryer, trash compactor, and a full-size chest freezer on the front deck. The main salon includes a 32-inch TV with VCR and DVD, and the master suite and upper front suite each have a 20-inch TV with VCR.
Outdoor living spaces include an upper deck with a stationary canopy, wet bar, tables and seating, a front deck with BBQ grill, and a rear deck with swim platform, boarding ramps, swim ladder, and slippery slide. The boat features a walk-through fly bridge with complete upper helm controls, combination depth finder and GPS, electronic navigation equipment, and full complement of running and navigation lights. Power systems include a 15 kW Westerbeke generator, 12V house battery system, and 3,000-watt inverter, with fuel capacity of 334 gallons main plus a 200-gallon auxiliary tank with electric pump.
