2004 Sumerset 18x96

This 2004 Sumerset houseboat measures 96 feet long with an 18-foot beam and aluminum hull construction. It is powered by twin 5.0L MPI V8 Mercruiser engines with 512 hours of operation, supported by hydraulic bow and stern thrusters for maneuverability. A 20 kW Westerbeke generator with 2,475 hours provides onboard power, complemented by a 4,000-watt inverter system with eight batteries. The boat also features a new dry stack generator exhaust system.

The accommodations include five bedrooms with a master cabin featuring a fireplace and king bed, two queen guest cabins, and two queen cuddy berths. There are two full bathrooms with head, vanity, and shower facilities, plus an additional half bath on the aft deck with tiled floors and a Jacuzzi tub. The galley contains granite countertops, a stainless side-by-side refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, a 30-inch smooth-top range with oven, dishwasher, and microwave. A front-loading washer and dryer provide laundry capability.

The social spaces are extensive. The flybridge features dual controls, a radar arch, built-in storage, and seating for 15, along with a 42-foot fiberglass party top equipped with lighting, fans, speakers, and a flat-screen TV with stereo and subwoofers. The main salon includes a 60-inch flat-screen TV, entertainment center with solid wood elements and granite mantle, and surround-sound speaker system. There are three roof wet bars with granite countertops, sinks, grills, two refrigerators, and storage; an additional wet bar includes an ice maker and wine cooler.

Climate control is provided by a 4-ton central heating and air system with geothermal insulation and six-inch-tall walls. Storage capacity includes 320 gallons fresh water, 240 gallons black water, and 280 gallons fuel. Additional features include twin PWC ramps with electric winches, a water slide on the rear deck, a recessible beaching ramp, front deck enclosure with screens and hardtop doors, and an LED lighting system under the swim platform. The full outboard service was completed in 2022.
