2004 Tiara Yachts 4400 Sovran

This 2004 Tiara 4400 Sovran is a 44-foot fiberglass motor yacht powered by twin Cummins diesel engines producing 1,320 horsepower combined. The boat's construction uses high-performance quadaxial fiberglass, balsa coring, epoxy resin, and vacuum-bag technology to deliver structural integrity and a smooth ride. Her swept-back profile and custom-curved composite windshield and hardtop give her a refined, commanding presence on the water.

The enclosed helm station features wood-and-glass construction with a locking door, heat and air conditioning, a double-wide adjustable seat, and excellent sightlines for operation. An integrated swim platform extends the yacht's stern by 52 inches and includes a hydraulically actuated storage hatch. Below, the interior combines leather seating, Corian countertops, stainless steel fixtures, and abundant built-in storage. The salon has a convertible table that functions as an additional berth. The master stateroom holds a queen pedestal berth with storage below, while the guest cabin features bunk-style berths, a washer-dryer combination, and an ensuite head and shower.

The yacht has undergone extensive upgrades and maintenance since 2020. Recent work in 2025 includes new Garmin navigation displays, new starting and house batteries, cleaned and flushed fuel tanks, new oil and transmission filters, and a new foredeck sun pad. A full 1,000-hour Cummins service was completed in 2021 with new turbos, exhaust manifolds, seawater pumps, and alternators on both engines. Additional recent updates span new windlass, genset components, helm and deck upholstery, interior headliner, flooring, cutlass bearings, and countless other systems and wear items refreshed across all major engine, electrical, hydraulic, and onboard systems.
