2005 Beneteau First 31.7

The 2005 Beneteau First 31.7 is a 31-foot sailing yacht built in fiberglass. Powered by a single 20 hp Yammer diesel engine, it offers a cruising speed of 6 knots and a maximum speed of 8 knots. The boat's design balances performance with comfort, featuring an aluminum mast and boom alongside teak cockpit sole and mahogany interior joinery.

The layout provides three cabins and two heads. The forward master cabin and guest cabin with double berth serve sleeping quarters, while the main saloon features a dinette with fitted cushions and integrated seating. The galley is fully equipped with sink, cooktop, refrigerator, and oven. A navigation table and spacious cockpit locker complete the interior. Amenities include electric refrigeration, hot and cold cockpit shower, water pump, electric and manual bilge pump, boiler, and a full 12/220V electrical system with shore power circuit.

Navigation equipment comprises a Raymarine ST2000 autopilot, Raymarine tridata electronics pack, compass, and VHF radio. The yacht carries four winches, aluminum boom, spinnaker, new gennaker, boom pole, and anchor with chain. Sails—mainsail and jib—were recently serviced in 2025. Additional features include an aluminum and teak gangway, cockpit awning, battery charger, and manuals and safety equipment on board.

Standard maintenance and hull servicing have been performed, with rigging recently checked. On-deck cushions, lazy bag, and a full complement of spare lines, fenders, and equipment are included.
