2005 Fountaine Pajot Belize 43

This 2005 Fountaine Pajot Belize 43 is a fiberglass catamaran with a 43-foot length and 23-foot beam, powered by two Volvo MD2030 diesel engines (30 hp each) with saildrives and folding bronze propellers. The boat carries a full suit of sails—fully battened mainsail, furling genoa, code zero, and asymmetric—all in excellent condition. At 2,100 engine hours per engine, the boat is equipped with recent maintenance including new anodes and impellers installed in November 2024.

The layout centers on three cabins and three heads across the twin hulls. The starboard owner's hull features a double cabin aft with an en-suite shower and head, plus a midship dressing and office area. The port hull holds two guest cabins forward and aft, each with a double berth and storage, served by a dedicated head with shower. The galley sits to starboard in the main saloon area with a three-burner gas stove, dual sinks, refrigerator, and freezer. Interior finishes include white gelcoat, tan vinyl, varnished wood cabinetry, and wood-effect laminate flooring throughout.

The electrical system runs on 12V DC with twin Lynac LiFePO4 lithium house batteries installed in November 2023, supplemented by three engine alternators and four 140-watt solar panels with Mastervolt charge controller. AC 230V power comes via shore inlet or a 2,000-watt inverter, with dedicated outlets in each cabin and head. Water systems include a 600-liter fresh tank, hot water heater, and a Schenker watermaker with recently refurbished pump.

Outside, the boat features electric and manual windlasses, a 25-kilogram stainless Rocna anchor with 80 meters of chain, twin electric davits, and a 2022 bimini with canvas cover. A Ribeye 310 tender with serviced Tohatsu 9.8 hp outboard is included, alongside a 20-person liferaft, life jackets, and safety gear. Recent updates include new stainless guardrail wires and windlass remotes fitted in November 2024.
