2005 Grady-White Tournament 225

The 2005 Grady-White Tournament 225 is a 22-foot center console sportfish built on the manufacturer's variable vee SeaV 2 hull, powered by a single 250-hp Yamaha gasoline engine. The hull delivers a solid ride and stability across a range of speeds, making it capable for offshore work while remaining accessible for day trips.

The boat balances fishing and family use through thoughtful layout. A large bow seating area with cushioned seats accommodates cruising comfort, and beneath the starboard side sits a 52-quart insulated ice box. A roomy enclosed head with corner door design occupies the port console, doubling as secure lockable storage for tackle and valuables. The starboard console houses additional lockable tackle drawers positioned forward of the helm, which itself has a protected electronics box. The 50-square-foot cockpit supports both fighting fish and rigging work, with six rod racks horizontally mounted and four gunwale rod holders set for trolling. The transom carries a 175-quart insulated fish box. Forward storage includes an insulated bow compartment, and an optional port sleeper seat with access storage is available. An anchor locker rounds out the forward deck, and a Grady Drive outboard bracket is fitted at the stern.

Recent updates include new bottom paint applied in 2024, a stainless steel propeller, AGM batteries, fresh water washdown, and a Simrad GPS. An additional bait tank and Bimini top are installed. A galvanized double-axle trailer is included.
