The 2005 Mochi Craft 44 Dolphin is a fiberglass downeast cruiser built on Italian lines that reinterpret American lobster boat design with refined retro character. Powered by a single 575 hp Volvo Penta diesel engine with approximately 1,500 hours, the boat features a planing hull designed for stable and comfortable navigation in varied sea conditions. A spacious teak cockpit connects to the main saloon through a disappearing glass partition that allows the interior and exterior spaces to merge or remain fully enclosed and air-conditioned.

The interior layout centers on a full-beam master cabin amidships with an en-suite bathroom and generous storage. Forward is a guest cabin with a French double bed and single berth, also with private facilities. Three heads and three cabins provide accommodation for family and extended cruising. Warm wood finishes and a wooden helm station establish classical atmosphere throughout, while modern navigation systems and onboard equipment support practical cruising.
