Lake Bumz is a 75-foot custom wide-body aluminum houseboat built to enhanced specifications. The hull runs 6 inches deeper than standard models, improving stability and handling. The design includes a raised bow with cushioned seating, rear access door to the back deck, front deck side extension with integrated storage, and extra exterior storage hatches.
The interior accommodates groups and families with a master suite and four additional private bedrooms, plus three full and half bathrooms including a rear deck shower. The galley is well-equipped with a 22-cubic-foot side-by-side refrigerator, U-Line ice maker, 30-inch gas range with electric cooktop, 30-inch microwave, and trash compactor. Interior furnishings and carpet were replaced in 2019. Dual-zone water-cooled air conditioning maintains climate control throughout.
Power comes from twin 5.7L MerCruiser gas engines with very low hours, supported by a 25 kW Westerbeke generator. The boat carries 540 gallons of fuel across four tanks, plus 320 gallons of fresh water and 320 gallons of waste capacity. Bow and stern thrusters provide maneuvering control, and hydraulic steering is installed. Deck features include a shower, PWC pump, and two 95-gallon PWC fuel tanks on the rear deck.
Systems include three automatic bilge pumps, dual 20-gallon water heaters, General Ecology filtration, and three cabin fire extinguishers. Exterior screening was replaced in 2021. Four Honda WaveRunners and twelve life jackets are included. Coast Guard–compliant wiring and safety equipment are throughout.
