This 75-foot aluminum houseboat delivers exceptional accommodations and entertainment across three full levels. The custom reverse floor plan sleeps 18 adults total with multiple private cabins: a master suite with king bed and full bath, two upper-level suites with queen beds, two queen cuddy cabins, and a dedicated kid's room. The main salon features a leather sectional, 50-inch HD television with surround sound and Blu-ray player, while the expansive sun deck spans 22 by 25 feet with full audio system.

The galley is fully equipped for entertaining, with dual service stations on the main and upper decks, commercial-grade stainless steel appliances including full-sized refrigerator and freezer, dual dishwashers, gas range and oven, and commercial icemaker. The upper deck bar features custom maple cabinetry with granite countertops, an icemaker, and seating for 17. Additional amenities include two ship-to-shore radios, Kingdome satellite television, multiple televisions throughout, and custom surround sound systems with speakers on both the top and sun decks.

Twin 260-horsepower fuel-injected Mercruiser V8 engines power the boat, supported by a 22.5-kilowatt Westerbeke generator. The fuel system includes 600-gallon main tanks and a 300-gallon auxiliary tank with electric pump. Navigation and control features encompass a complete instrument panel, Micro Commander electronic controls, dual-position helm positions, depth finder and GPS, backup cameras, and full lighting systems including running lights, underwater transom lights, and spotlight.

Deck amenities include a front barbecue grill, swim platform with ladder and boarding ramps, four personal watercraft ramps with winches on the rear deck, full mesh screening on front and upper decks, and a windlass anchoring system. Interior finishes feature custom maple cabinetry, granite countertops, ceramic tile in galley and bathrooms, full carpeting, and tinted windows with custom drapery. A 750-gallon holding tank, UVB fresh water processing system, and washer-dryer combination complete the boat's systems.
