This 2005 Sumerset is a 75-foot aluminum houseboat built for extended cruising and group entertaining on Lake Powell. Twin 5.0L Mercury V8 engines with Bravo II drives power the boat, supported by a 25 kW Westerbeke generator. The fuel system includes a 1,000-gallon main tank and 350-gallon toy tank, with hydraulic bow and stern thrusters for maneuvering.
The interior accommodates up to 20 guests across four private bedrooms with queen beds, plus 15 additional sleeping pads. Two full bathrooms serve the main cabin, with an additional cabana bathroom on the rear deck. The galley features dual Sub-Zero refrigerators, electric range, full-size dishwasher, wine and beverage fridges, deep freeze, and granite countertops throughout solid maple cabinetry. A Maytag Neptune washer-dryer completes the utility spaces. Living areas include leather furniture, an electric fireplace, and full interior entertainment systems.
The upper deck is fitted with a hardtop cover, outdoor television, and full screening around the helm station. Outdoor amenities include a swim deck with ladder, slide with 12V lake pump, propane grill, and covered lounging areas with cloud umbrellas. Two Yamaha Jet Skis are included.
Recent extensive upgrades completed in 2023–2024 encompassed a new heat pump A/C and heating system, full mechanical overhaul of engines and generator, 525 square feet of new LVT flooring, new battery and inverter systems with dual Xantrex units and 24 6V batteries, Starlink internet, LED lighting throughout, and new exterior carpet on the upper deck. A full marine survey was completed, and all systems were serviced.
