2012 Bravada Ho'okipa Share 13

This 75-foot aluminum houseboat built in 2012 is fully appointed for extended stays on the water. Twin 5.0 MPI Mercruiser V8 engines provide propulsion, supported by a 20 kW Westerbeke generator and a 4000-watt inverter. Fuel capacity totals 700 gallons across a main tank and auxiliary tank with electric pump.

The layout includes five bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master suite features a king bed with under-bed storage and full bath. Two upper-level suites hold queen beds, and two cuddy cabins each accommodate a queen bed. Central air conditioning and heating maintain comfort throughout.

The galley is equipped with full-size stainless steel range and oven, microwave, dishwasher, 60-inch refrigerator/freezer combo, and commercial ice maker. The interior features custom maple cabinetry, granite countertops, custom flooring, and full carpeting. Entertainment includes a 42-inch HD/LCD television with surround sound, a 27-inch LCD TV/DVD combo in the master suite, and a 15-inch LCD TV/DVD combo in the upper cuddy. A ship-to-shore marine radio, depth finder, GPS, and windlass anchoring system are onboard.

Outdoor amenities are extensive: dual bars with ice maker and seating for eight on the upper deck, front deck BBQ grill, rear deck water slide and pump, two PWC ramps with winches, extended swim platform, swim ladder, and boarding ramps. The boat includes a UVB fresh water processing system, 450-gallon holding tank, washer/dryer combo, and full safety equipment.
