This 65-foot aluminum houseboat features a reverse floor plan layout with four bedrooms and two bathrooms, sleeping ten comfortably. The well-maintained interior includes a fully equipped galley with stainless steel range, oven, dishwasher, and full-size refrigerator, plus a deep freeze in the bow. Climate control throughout via central air conditioning and heat pump system keeps the space comfortable in all seasons.

The upper deck is designed for entertaining, with a full bar including sink and icemaker, hardtop canopy with rope lighting, and an integrated deck barbecue grill. Additional outdoor amenities include an extended swim platform, swimming ladder, boarding ramps, slippery slide with water pump, and storage for paddle boards. Interior seating accommodates twelve, and the main cabin features a 42-inch HD television with surround sound, Blu-Ray player, and Starlink internet access.

Power comes from twin Honda 115 outboard engines backed by a 15-kilowatt Westbeke generator. The electrical system includes solar panels with backup batteries, two 2000-watt inverters, and a 12-volt house system, while an auxiliary 100-gallon fuel tank with electric pump supports extended use. Navigation and helm electronics include a combined depth finder and GPS system with Micro Commander electronic controls and ship-to-shore marine radio.
