2006 Hunter 44

The 2006 Hunter 44 is an aft cockpit cruiser designed by Glenn Henderson, built on a fiberglass hull with a beam of 14.5 feet. The design incorporates performance-focused features including a bow hollow that optimizes water flow and increases hull speed, and a stern reflex that produces a flatter exit wake and reduces turbulence. Power comes from a 57-horsepower Yammer diesel engine, with a cruising speed of 6 knots and maximum speed of 7.5 knots.

The accommodations center on a full-beam salon suitable for entertaining and dining, with forward and aft staterooms offering generous space. The forward stateroom features a Pullman-style double berth, while the master stateroom aft benefits from the hull's extended beam. Both cabins include storage, and the interior is finished in teak cabinetry. Inner spring mattresses are standard throughout.
