2006 PDQ PowerCat
About This Yacht
This 34-foot PDQ PowerCat is built on a fiberglass hull with a 16-foot beam and a 30-inch draft. Twin 100-horsepower Yanmar engines with aqua-drives provide a cruising speed of 16 knots and a top speed of 20 knots. The engines have been fully rebuilt and show estimated hours between 2 and 300. A diesel generator with less than two hours on it provides independent power.
The boat accommodates cruising with an oversized refrigerator and three freezers for provisioning. Below deck features new berth mattresses and new upholstery throughout. The bridgedeck includes a full canopy bimini enclosure with new cushions. Navigation is handled by new 12-inch Garmin chart plotters and new Garmin Fantom radar.
Recent upgrades include new batteries, new cutlass bearings, and the new bimini enclosure. The Isotherm freezer and refrigerator combination was also recently installed. Replacement cost was recently estimated at $835,000 before these upgrades were completed.
