2006 Sumerset Houseboat

This 117-foot Sumerset houseboat features a 21-foot beam and aluminum hull powered by twin fuel-injected Volvo V8 engines with DUO prop drives, supported by dual hydraulic bow and stern thrusters. The boat underwent comprehensive renovation from March 2022 onward, with updated propulsion service completed in 2022 and a new HVAC system installed in 2023. Power generation is supplied by two 25 kW Westerbeke generators and a dual 3000-watt inverter system, with dual 100-amp shore power service available.

The accommodations center on a full-beam salon with custom power-reclining sectional furniture and entertainment amenities including a 75-inch flat-panel television, BOSE surround sound system, and LED fireplace. The galley features custom stainless steel appliances, a 66-inch Frigidaire Professional refrigerator-freezer, granite countertops, and a wrap-around bar with icemaker and beverage cooler. Five private staterooms include a forward queen guest cabin, two lower cuddy cabins with bunks, a VIP guest queen with private bath, and a captain's master with king poster bed, flat-panel television, fireplace, and master bath with shower and soaking tub. A full hall bath and laundry room with front-load washer and dryer complete the interior.

Exterior areas include a 12-place open bow flybridge with canvas sport-top, a 48-foot party-top with observation deck, three roof bars equipped with grill and refrigeration, and multiple deck spaces with custom furniture. The swim platform features hydraulic operation with PWC ramps and a water slide. Interior finishes include custom tile and luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, honey maple cabinetry with glazed solid construction, granite surfaces, custom fabrics, and new MSD sanitation. Additional features encompass a custom exterior sound and LED lighting system, hard-side railings with gates and cruise rails, custom vinyl wrap, and a winter enclosure on the fore deck.
