This 91-foot aluminum houseboat offers expansive living and entertaining spaces across multiple decks. Twin V-8 260 MPI engines with Bravo 2 drives provide propulsion, supported by a 22.5 kW Westerbeke generator and dual 2-ton water-source HVAC systems. Hydraulic bow and stern thrusters with joystick and wireless controls enhance maneuverability. A 30-foot fiberglass canopy top spans the upper deck with a 12-by-12-foot curved bimini, integrated 55-inch LED television, and comprehensive yacht-style lighting and fan systems.

The main salon features a 60-inch LED television and entertainment center, with wood flooring throughout common areas. The galley is equipped with a 38-cubic-foot refrigerator, slide-in electric range, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave hood combo, and ice maker. Accommodations include a master suite with king bed, an upper king cuddy bedroom, two lower cuddy cabins with queen and twin beds, and three marine heads across two full bathrooms plus a half bath on the rear deck.
