This 75-foot Sumerset houseboat features twin Mercury 5.0L V8 MPI engines with Bravo 11 outdrives, a Westerbeke generator, and a 3000-watt inverter system. The boat is equipped with marine radio, compass, electric bilge pump, hot water heater, and battery charger for extended cruising on Lake Powell.

The accommodation layout includes four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The galley features natural maple cabinetry, a custom dinette seating six, full appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, electric stove and oven, plus refrigeration and a separate freezer on the front deck. The main salon offers an entertainment center with a 42-inch plasma television, DVD and VCR, alongside a leather sectional. Guest quarters have a 22-inch flip-down HD LCD television with DVD, and the master stateroom includes a 23-inch HD LCD television with DVD.

A full audio system spans the boat with a five-disc JVC CD charger, Elan amplifier, subwoofer, and speaker packages on the upper and interior decks. Exterior spaces are well appointed: the upper deck includes a bar area with barstools, refrigerator, ice maker, gas stove and oven, BBQ, lounge chairs, and storage benches. The boat also features a wet bar, front and rear patio furniture, PWC ramps, and a winch system.
