This 2006 Tiara 3800 Open is a 38-foot sportfish built on a fiberglass hull and powered by twin Cummins diesel engines producing 980 horsepower. The boat reaches a maximum speed of 26 knots and cruises at 22 knots, with extra engine room space designed to accommodate larger powerplants. Twin diesel engines provide the range and reliability expected of a boat built for serious offshore work.

The interior combines generous living space with practical fishing accommodations. Headroom exceeds six and a half feet throughout, with natural light from three opening foredeck hatches and six hullside portlights fitted with screens. The main salon features a U-shaped lounge that converts to a dinette with pedestal table or doubles as a berth, with an additional pullman single created by flipping the backrest.
