The X-Yachts X-43 is a 42-foot cruising sailboat from 2006 built by the Danish yard X-Yachts. The fiberglass hull combines responsive sailing characteristics with secure handling offshore, supported by a balanced keel and efficient rig. A Volvo Penta D2-55 diesel engine of 55 horsepower with approximately 300 hours of use provides auxiliary power, fitted with a folding propeller.
The three-cabin layout sleeps six and includes two heads, a bright saloon, and a galley with refrigerator, oven, and sink. Interior finishes feature quality woodwork and ergonomic design typical of X-Yachts builds. The boat is equipped with a Webasto heating system, hot water, and a shore power connection. A boarding ladder and swim platform complete the transom.
Performance features include Andersen electric winches, a Reckmann RS2000 furling system, and a spacious ergonomic cockpit with removable table and teak seating. The Gold Cup specification adds a cockpit ice box, spinnaker gear, and enhanced deck finishing. Navigation equipment comprises a Raymarine ST60 package with integrated display, tridata, and wind data, an ST6002 autopilot, VHF radio, GPS antenna, and multifunction screen. The boat carries 400 liters of water and 200 liters of fuel, with an electric windlass, deck shower, and black water tank.
