2007 Beneteau 393

The 2007 Beneteau 393 is a 39-foot fiberglass cruising sailboat powered by a single 54-horsepower Yanmar diesel engine. Built for offshore and coastal cruising, she offers a solid platform for extended passages, with a cruising speed of 6 knots and a maximum speed of nearly 8 knots. The boat has been sailed extensively throughout Lake Champlain, the East Coast, the Bahamas, and the Virgin Islands.

Accommodation consists of two cabins and two heads. The boat features a full enclosure bimini and dodger with three sides of sunscreen and mosquito protection, making her comfortable in varied weather and sea conditions.

Recent upgrades include two 330-watt solar panels mounted on a custom arch, a Victron SmartSolar MPPT charge controller, and new 4D house batteries installed in 2023. A Xantrex inverter/charger, watermaker, new hot water heater (2023), and two reverse-cycle air conditioners (2024) round out the systems. Navigation equipment includes a Simrad NSS12 evo3S multifunction display with inland, coastal, and Bahama charts, a Simrad NAC-3 autopilot system, and depth sounder. A new EPIRB was installed in 2025. The dinghy is a 10-foot inflatable with a new Torqeedo electric outboard. Handheld VHF radios provide backup communication.
