2007 Hunter 27

This 2007 Hunter 27X is a fiberglass cruising sailboat powered by a 14-horsepower Yanmar diesel engine with a 15-gallon fuel capacity. The boat has been used in freshwater only and benefits from a recent bottom job. A professional survey completed in 2020 noted the boat's excellent condition.

The rig features a B&R system with roller furling jib, lazy jacks, and a stack pack mainsail cover, with all lines led aft to enable singlehanded sailing. Navigation and communication equipment includes a Garmin autopilot, depth finder, anemometer, and dual VHF radios—one at the helm and one at the nav station. The boat carries four stainless Lewmar winches on the upper and lower decks, a Lewmar folding wheel, and sits on a deep fin keel with approximately 5.5 feet of draft.

Below deck, the boat offers a private aft queen cabin and an enclosed head with a pressurized hot and cold shower. The galley is equipped with an alcohol stove, electric radiant cooktop, microwave, and 12-volt refrigerator. The boat features marine heat and air conditioning with ducted installation, two 30-amp shore power inlets mounted on the transom, and a black water holding tank with Y-valve. Access to the water is provided via a walk-through transom with a sugar-scoop swim platform and hot and cold transom shower, complemented by stern rail perch seats.
