2007 Lagoon 440

The 2007 Lagoon 440 is an ocean-going cruising catamaran designed by VPLP with a proven reputation for stability, safety, and livable volume. At 44.65 feet long with a 25.26-foot beam, the hull provides natural stability that significantly reduces rolling at anchor and underway, while the shallow draft of approximately 1.3 meters opens access to protected anchorages and shallow waters.

The flybridge helm station delivers panoramic visibility and direct communication with the cockpit, enhancing both navigation safety and offering additional outdoor living space. Below deck, the saloon is filled with natural light and includes a spacious salon, functional galley, and extensive storage. The boat accommodates three or four double cabins with multiple heads, making it suitable for families or group cruising.

Twin Yammer diesel engines of 80 hp each drive the boat at a comfortable cruising speed of seven to eight knots, with fuel consumption kept reasonable. Under sail, the 440 delivers balanced performance between seven and nine knots depending on conditions. Large fuel and fresh water capacity support extended cruising ranges, and the boat's proven design and construction make it a reliable performer for long-distance voyaging.
