This 2007 Lagoon 440 is a fiberglass sailing catamaran measuring 44.65 feet in length with a 25.26-foot beam. The Lagoon 440 is recognized as one of the most successful cruising catamarans ever produced, combining proven sea-keeping qualities with comfortable performance across a wide range of conditions. The catamaran's broad beam and twin-hull design deliver stability and motion comfort whether underway or at anchor, along with the practical advantages of shallow-draft access to protected anchorages unavailable to monohulls.
The four-cabin layout maximizes accommodation volume and privacy for owners and guests. The interior features a generous galley and spacious salon, complemented by a large outdoor seating and dining area on the aft deck with weather protection. Power and systems are well-suited to extended cruising: a 10 kVA Mase generator, a substantial solar array, and a Lithium battery bank eliminate the need for onboard LP gas and support full electrical loads including cooking equipment. A large-capacity watermaker is installed. Wiring accommodates both 110-volt and 240-volt systems via a Charles ISO transformer.
Navigation and connectivity are handled by a quality Raymarine electronic package with Bluetooth, AIS, and Starlink internet with Wi-Fi boosters. The sail plan comprises four sails, approximately five years old, and the rigging was replaced in 2017. Recent service work includes engine and saildrive maintenance, cooling-system servicing, genset servicing, antifoul and propspeed application completed in January 2026, a new Bimini cover installed in February 2026, and servicing of the dinghy and outboard motor in December 2025. The boat carries substantial cruising spares and a stocked galley.
