The 2007 Mangusta 80 is a fiberglass explorer yacht built for high performance and extended range. Twin MTU 16V2000 M93 engines delivering 2400 horsepower each power the yacht through Arneson surface drives, enabling speeds exceeding 45 knots with a comfortable cruising speed of 32 knots. The hull measures 79 feet in length with a 19.7-foot beam, designed to handle the demands of serious offshore operation.
The interior accommodates five cabins with five heads. The master cabin spans the full beam and includes an ensuite, desk, and lounge area. A separate VIP cabin with ensuite, a twin guest cabin forward, and dedicated crew quarters with ensuite and monitoring station complete the accommodation. The main saloon features mirrored L-lounges, dining, and a bar. On deck, an aft area offers convertible dining and lounge layout with a Bimini, while the foredeck features an oversized sunpad with custom shade.
A comprehensive refit completed in 2023 and 2024 included replacement of the full interior and upholstery, new Garmin navigation suite, Melfi Design custom helm chairs, LED lighting throughout, and a Fusion audio system with subwoofer. The galley houses a Frigomar ice maker, dual refrigerator, and wine fridge. A new Seawasp 25kVA generator was installed in 2024, along with a new stern thruster and bow thruster. All hull fittings were replaced with new antifoul and ceramic coating applied in June 2024. The Arneson surface drives were rebuilt in 2023. A Williams 325 BRP jet tender in the tender garage completes the equipment package.
