2007 Princess 21M

The Princess 21M is a 70-foot motor yacht built in 2007, combining British engineering with refined design. Powered by three MTU diesel engines totaling approximately 3,941 horsepower, she delivers a cruising speed of 27 knots and a maximum speed of 32 knots. The fiberglass hull features a 5.5-meter beam and carries 5,000 liters of fuel for a range of roughly 650 nautical miles at economical speeds. She is equipped with a bow thruster and trim tabs for responsive handling.

The yacht accommodates up to eight guests across five cabins—an owner's suite, a VIP cabin, and three guest cabins—alongside four heads. The main saloon is bright and open with sea views. The galley is fully equipped with cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer. A separate crew area with dedicated cabin and head is located aft. Teak decks line the gangway, swim platform, cockpit, and flybridge.

Outdoor spaces include a generous sun deck, forward lounge with sun cushions and canopy, and an aft deck with seating and teak table. The flybridge features a seating group, dining table, sunshade, sink, refrigerator, and grill. A 22-kilowatt Onan generator powers the yacht's systems, while a watermaker and pressurized water system support independent cruising. Climate control, satellite television, hot water heating, and comprehensive electrical systems are installed throughout.

Extensive refit work completed in 2023 and 2024 included new Garmin navigation and autopilot systems, a new watermaker and blackwater tank, replaced underwater and LED deck lighting, fresh exterior cushioning, canopies, and teak tables. Interior updates encompassed new Corian surfaces on cabinetry, soft furnishings, carpeting, mattresses, and bathroom flooring. Additional equipment includes AIS, VHF radio, radar, echo sounder, electric windlass and winches, electric gangway and swim ladder, deck shower, and comprehensive safety systems with fire suppression, life raft, and bilge pumps.
