2007 Sumerset Houseboats Sundancer Trip #3 (June 3-9)

This 75-foot aluminum houseboat sleeps up to 10 adults and combines comfortable accommodations with solid mechanical systems. The 2007 Sumerset Sundancer features a master suite with king bed and private bathroom, three additional queen suites, and a queen sofa-sleeper in the main salon. Two full heads serve the interior, which includes a complete galley with stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer, custom maple cabinetry, and hardwood flooring.

The upper deck opens to a flybridge with full helm controls, wet bar, and canopy, while the lower deck includes a second helm station. Entertainment systems include a 40-inch LCD TV in the main salon, additional TVs in the master and forward suite, and an 8-speaker stereo system. Starlink internet was installed in 2023, and navigation equipment includes GPS, depth finder, and marine radio.

Mechanically, the boat runs twin 6.2-liter MerCruiser V8 engines with new MerCruiser Bravo outdrives and transom, all installed in 2021. A 15 kW Westerbeke generator provides auxiliary power. Fuel capacity totals 572 gallons across main and auxiliary tanks, with 300-gallon fresh water and 600-gallon holding tank capacity.

The 2021 refit also included new batteries, flooring, furnishings, and exterior carpet on decks and stairs. Outdoor features include an upper-deck wet bar and lounge area, rear slippery slide, two PWC ramps with winches, front-deck BBQ grill, swim platform with ladder, and full outdoor furniture package.
